An online entertainment platform built specifically for Malaysian players, with a commitment to security, fairness, and the best gaming experience.
Who We Are
On88 started with one clear goal: to provide an online entertainment experience truly built for Malaysian players. Not simply taking an international platform and adding a Malaysian flag to it, but building something from the ground up that deeply understands the needs, habits, and preferences of local players.
Since on88 was founded, we have focused on three core pillars — uncompromising transaction security, a diverse and entertaining game selection, and customer support that goes beyond answering questions to genuinely solving problems. These are not just slogans. They are how we operate every single day.
The on88 team comprises experienced professionals in the gaming industry, digital security, and customer service — each bringing different expertise but sharing the same passion: to deliver the best to the Malaysian player community. From software developers who keep the platform running smoothly, to a support team ready to assist 24 hours a day, everyone at on88 understands the responsibility they carry.
Our Advantages
Every feature on on88 is designed not just to look good, but to genuinely add value to your gaming experience every day.
All activity on on88 is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption — the same security standard used by international banking institutions. Your personal data and financial transactions are never exposed to third parties without your consent.
No more waiting hours for your withdrawal. on88 processes withdrawals within 15 to 30 minutes via FPX, local bank transfer, Touch 'n Go, and GrabPay — payment options that are truly built for Malaysian players.
On88 partners with world-class game providers such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Playtech, and Microgaming. Every game undergoes independent certification to ensure its random number generator (RNG) operates fairly and transparently.
The on88 platform is fully optimized for smartphones and tablets with no app download required. Open your browser, log in, and start playing — the same smooth experience on both Android and iOS, across any screen size.
Every wager you place earns reward points redeemable for cash bonuses, free spins, and exclusive privileges. on88 VIP members enjoy premium services including a dedicated personal account manager and unlimited withdrawal limits.
The on88 support team operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and communicates in Bahasa Melayu — understanding the needs and context of local players. Reach us via live chat at any time and get real answers, not just automated responses.
Our Journey
The on88 journey did not begin with deep pockets or empty promises. It started with one simple question asked by our founding team: why is there no online entertainment platform that truly understands and serves Malaysian players well?
The answer to that question drove the building of on88 from the ground up — with Malaysian players' needs as the starting point, not an afterthought once the platform was complete. Every design decision, every provider selection, every financial policy was made with one primary consideration: does this deliver real value to our players?
The results speak for themselves in the rapid growth of the on88 community — hundreds of thousands of members who keep coming back not because they have no other choice, but because on88 genuinely meets their expectations in terms of security, game selection, transaction speed, and customer support quality.
On88 was founded by a team of gaming industry professionals with a vision to provide the best online entertainment platform for the Malaysian market. The platform's first phase launched with 50 curated games and received an encouraging response from the local player community.
The game catalog was expanded to over 150 titles with the addition of international premium providers. FPX and local e-wallet payment systems were integrated for the convenience of Malaysian players.
A Live Casino studio featuring real human dealers was introduced, bringing the physical casino experience to players' screens. The mobile platform was fully optimised to meet the growing demand from players gaming on their phones.
On88 reached a historic milestone of 100,000 active registered members. The VIP Program and loyalty rewards system were launched to recognise players who have been with on88 since the beginning.
New game categories were introduced, including Fish Shooting Games and Bingo, which received an overwhelming response from Malaysian players. The 24/7 customer support system in Bahasa Melayu was further strengthened.
On88 has grown to over 500,000 registered members with more than 400 games available. Continuous improvements to security infrastructure, platform speed, and user experience have made on88 one of the most trusted online entertainment platforms in Malaysia.
Our Roadmap
To provide a safe, fair, and entertaining online entertainment platform that meets the unique needs of Malaysian players — with local payment support, a Bahasa Melayu interface, and truly responsive customer service.
To become the number one online entertainment platform of choice for Malaysian players — not through aggressive marketing, but through product quality, trust built over time, and a gaming experience that consistently delivers real value to every member.
On88 is committed to continuously improving the platform based on player feedback, ensuring all games are independently verified for fairness, and prioritising data security and player well-being above all other business considerations.
On88 believes that great entertainment is responsible entertainment. Our platform is equipped with gaming management tools that allow players to set daily deposit limits, session loss limits, and play break periods.
We fully support responsible gaming initiatives and provide resources to help players who need support in managing their gaming habits.
